ANALYSIS OF A RURAL LANDSCAPE

A rural landscape is the type of landscape that combines biotic (living things), abiotic (non-living things) and anthropic (man-made) elements. This photo shows an inland landscape possibly located in the north of the peninsula around Galicia, Asturias or Cantabria.

🌐We can start describing the picture. It is a landscape with a big plain with some hills aroud it. Talking  about the vegetation we can see thet is composed by grasslands and frondest forest of trees like elms and hazelnuts. Acording all this data we cansay thet is an Atlantic climate in which there are abundant and regular precipitations whith ow temperatures.

🌾Secondly, having into acount of the plots (sections of agrycultural land), we see small plots whith no patern. They are irregular and surrounded by small trees and bushes that delimited the plots.

🍀On the other hand we have the cultivations system. There are many tipes of grow crops but in ths case is a monoculture crop diversity dry irrigation system because rains a lot and crops have enought.

🏡Refering into settlements we have a scatterd patern because houses are disperse something typical of Atlantic landscapes. They are made out of stone and mud whith gable roofts because are cheap materials and easy to obteined its, something ideal for rural zones.

⛺The uses of this lang are for agriculture and tu raise livestock because are abundant the natural pasture. Also here, we can obtain products like cheese or milk. Also other uses f the lan can be camps or rural houses that  atract people to the rural world.

👎But live in rural zones have problems because the lack of infraestructures or comunication whith the citie, and services like medicine or education whose today are essensial to us. But there isn´t a easy solution becouse more people is living the villages and the population of rural zones is aging.

👍For that reason people is thinking solutions to this problems for example the Pac, a grant that Europe gives to the people that grow crops or raise livestock in the rural areas. Also we can renovate roads for making the trips to the countryside easier, make frequent public transport from cities to villages faster allowing people living in rural areas go to work or school or promote the villages for making young people go to live there.
